I am Melinda (Mindy) Miller and I am the Owner/Broker of A-1 Realty. I have been a real estate broker for the past fourteen years. I was born and reared in Wathena, Kansas and presently reside in Wathena with my husband, Jim. I am a graduate of Wathena High School and a graduate of Highland Community Jr. College. I am also a mother of 2 children and a grandmother of 2. I was employed by a local Law Office for 35 years and I am familiar with the market value of all types and kinds of real estate in Northeast Kansas and Northwest Missouri. I have my Real Estate License for Kansas and Missouri. I am a Notary Public and a member of the Kansas and Missouri National Association of Realtors. I'm a Guardian and Conservator for 6 indigent clients. I have been a volunteer for the American Cancer Society. I am a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and the Women's Altar Society.

Otto (Dick) R. Shultz, Jr. joined A-1 Realty in the summer of 2003 as a licensed Kansas and Missouri Real Estate Agent. Dick is also a resident of Wathena and is married to the former Debi Petitt. Dick is also employed by Consumers Oil in Bendena and is an EMT-I and Firefighter with the Wathena Fire Department. Dick knows the "neighborhood" and is ready to put his knowledge to work for you.

Raymond R. Miller joined A-1 realty in the fall of 2003 as a licensed Kansas Real Estate Agent. Raymond also is a resident of Wathena and is married to the former Jo Lieffring. Raymond is a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, and American Legion. Raymond has his own bulldozing business and is thoroughly familiar with the "soil".
